Come as you are <3 (option to camp on the land) Join me, Chloe and Matt for a profound afternoon of breathwork, sound, micro dose of mushroom medicine, lavender, massage and connection. You will be guided through a truly transformation experience as we tap into your deep inner wisdom and unlock and welcome all parts of your being. Mary is a trauma informed breath facilitator and has a passion for breath and relaxation, you will be guided into a meditation and breath work to quiet your buzzing mind and bring you to a state of bliss as we drop into some beautiful inner child work. You can expect to learn some powerful tips and tricks in harnessing your breath and nervous system during the stressful moments in life. Chloe and Matt have crafted the most stunning, deeply touching soundtrack to hold you as you navigate your unique experiences which have shaped you into the amazing human being you are today. It is our intention to offer you a reframe of your childhood, giving you the chance to integrate a new perspective. Using the Limbic system - your brains emotional centre, you can shift narratives and move into the adaptation phase of integration. This is where your behaviors and thought processes shift- rippling subtle changes throughout your mindset/life. You will be aided in deep relaxation by the medicine of Lavender Elixir, a grounding, nourishing blend of herbs to help you regulate your nervous system.
